My name is Bruce Kerr.
I moved to Bella Vista with my parents as a teenager in 1985 and attended high school in Bentonville, Arkansas. I built my first home in 1995. My extensive framing experience helps me with the structural design of each home. I am licensed and fully insured, and I focus on building quality homes while balancing value. I still enjoy helping people realize their visions. I am very hands-on because I am not interested in having a large company, so I will be fully involved in every project.
